The long-awaited release of the condominiums at Reunion Square will be taking place early spring 2006. These condos will surround a multi-million dollar water park with its tropical foliage, cascading waterfalls, lazy river and waterslides.
Reservations are being accepted now for this pre-construction opportunity and will be honored on a first come, first served basis.
Reunion Square is a new phase of the well-known Reunion Resort, a five-star private resort and club encompassing 2,300 acres in beautiful Orlando, Florida.
Reunion Square will consist of one-, two- and three-bedroom condo units, all lavishly appointed. The units will range in size from 1,100 sq. ft. to 2,000 sq. ft. Owners will have an opportunity to participate in the rental program.
Prices will range from the $550,000 to $850,000. Construction on Reunion Square will begin in summer 2006 and is expected to be complete by mid 2008.
To be involved in the unit selection process called the "Priority Reservation Selection Program" planned this spring, you must reserve a place with a $1,000 fully-refundable deposit. You will receive a Reservation Certificate that will allow you to participate in the event.
At the April event, you will be provided with all of the details about the individual condo hotel units including prices, features and amenities. While you do not need to be present for the selection event, reservations will be honored in the order in which they're received.
