The village of Imagine is located on Universal Blvd. in Orlando, Florida - in the "triangle" that is formed between the Orlando International Airport, Universal studios and Walt Disney World. This 1st phase will be a well-known, "flagged condo/hotel directly across the street from the Orange County Convention Center (2nd largest convention centre in the US) to cater to both the leisure and the convention traveller.
The 30 acre property also sits on a greater 2000 acre piece of property which will be filled with activities not only for kids but geared towards adults. Activities such as golf, equestrian, fly fishing, skeet shooting, kayak and canoeing, 12+ miles of walking and biking trails all around the beautiful lakes and rivers in the area.
The accommodation which is currently available to purchase is in the condo-hotel and village featuring studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom floor plans with 5 star amenities. What is unique about this project is that the amenities will be built first, so that when your unit is available to close, the facilities will be up and running already which means they can be marketed to potential guests straight away, so rental income will not be one of your concerns. The 30-acre village will be characterised by winding cobblestone pathways, canals and waterways connecting boutiques, shops, markets, galleries, gathering places, performance spaces and hotels. Imagine's many restaurants, bistros, barbeques and crab shacks will have a special connection to these waterways, and will feature an open-air patio or pier extending over the water's edge, lit by flickering torches for moonlight dining. The village will also provide seating areas for holiday makers and convention goers alike to enjoy their surroundings and an array of 90-minute bursts of activities will be on offer to entertain.
The Village of Imagine will be accepting $5,000 reservation deposits very soon. The people with reservations can choose the type of units and location that they want. At that time, they will receive a sales and purchase agreement which they can return with a total of 10% deposit. Another 10% deposit will be required at the time of construction start, which brings the total deposit monies to a total of 20%. For clients interested in a Rental Program, Intrawest has mastered the property management system with proven results at their existing resorts.
