Inspection trips are normally four days in duration. A typical visit will include scheduled flights, and three night’s accommodation, at a hotel near Disney. We then require your flight details, and upon your arrival to Orlando International Airport, a representative will meet you, and escort you to your accommodation. If you prefer to travel independently, we can simply arrange for you to meet with our representative at a mutually convenient time and location.
Should you then go on to buy property through Dreams 2 Realty USA, we are able to provide a contribution toward your travel costs, when you property purchase completes and closes, the amount will vary, depending on what you buy.
Your inspection visit will answer all of your questions about the purchasing, financing and management of your Florida home. A typical itinerary includes:
- A presentation of all of the major developments, both new builds, and re-sale properties, which offer the best value, and provide the highest rental income and capital appreciation.
- Meeting with a property maintenance and management company, to find out about the range of rental programs.
- Discussing financing options with a mortgage company.
- Arranging for the opening of a Florida bank account.
- Meeting with the interior designer to discuss furnishings and finishes.
